A real estate developer approached Sage to take an abandoned building and redesign it into a high-end boutique hotel.
Consulting was provided to audit the real estate portfolio to provide both logistic and creative solutions for the development of the properties.
Advisory Services were offered to the Founders to establish a strategy for allocation of the budget, management of the project and overall creative direction.
The design end of the project started with a simple hand drawn sketch by our design team and was fully rendered in 3D. The final design was developed in collaboration with a French Architect selected for their magazine worthy work.
A brand was developed which was translated across design details such as the front entrance gate and interior design.

An e-commerce brand approached Sage with a need for a new line of products to be developed focused on the entrepreneur niche.
Consulting was provided to aggregate market research, consumer trend analysis, competitor analysis and offer a comprehensive view of the supplement industry.
Advisory services were offered to build a suite of products to help busy professionals get better sleep, focus on work, reduce stress and eliminate the need for caffeinated beverages.
Design services were utilized to develop the brand, website, packaging and marketing content targeting an international demographic.
Marketing strategy was developed to leverage social media influencers, organic traffic from videos and paid traffic in a targeted approach.

A client approached Sage with only an idea for a token with which we developed a brand, website, pitch decks and a concept for the entire ecosystem.
Consulting services were used to provide a landscape view of the industry and align the values of the client with the product being developed. The project evolved from a singular concept to a fully developed business model.
Advisory services were enlisted to develop a full understanding of the risk management required, legal restrictions, corporate structure and enlist a dedicated board of Advisors.
Design services were required to build the brand, website, pitch decks, marketing content and key pieces of lead generation content.

A client approached Sage with the need to develop a new website to raise funding for an AI startup focused on Corporate / Government / University innovation ecosystem catalyst.
Consulting services were utilized to evolve the initial product development plans to include gamification.
Advisory services were enlisted to provide a system for raising capital internationally.
Through collaboration with their in-house design team Sage developed landing pages, graphic / video content and updated content based on their initial pitch deck.

A real estate investment group approached Sage to develop their brand and website within a short timeline.
A simple yet elegant solution was created to provide a professionally branded landing page allowing them to attract investors to their project.
Advisory services were offered to assist the C-Suite in the development of a strategy for lead acquisition, marketing and systemization of their organization.
Consulting services were provided to coordinate a 3 prong attack plan for sourcing inventory on the island of Puerto Rico and navigating the difficult business environment the team was entering into.
